Samantha Kolios, MSN, PHMNP-BC
Samantha is an experienced, board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) who provides care to adult patient’s with a wide range of mental health disorders. Prior to her role as a psychiatric provider, she worked in perinatal and women’s health and has a special interest in providing mental healthcare in this field as well. She understands the impact that one’s mental health can have on their daily life, relationships, career and wellbeing. Her goal is to treat these conditions in order to allow you to move forward, grow and be present in every aspect of life.

New patient evaluation (up to 60 min): $250
Follow-up visit (up to 30 min): $125
Accepted payments: We are currently self pay only. Clients must provide a valid payment method upon scheduling an appointment and will be charged at the time of service.
